Very irritating voice

I am surprised this Meditation CD got so many high reviews. I find Sacchi's voice and manner very irritating. She is really into excessive repetition and many of the things she says are just plain dumb and don't add anything to the experience. Seems like she's just trying to fill up the time on the CD. I have several of her other CDs and dislike them all - I bought them on faith and wasted my money.

Finally a meditation CD that works for me!

I have tried numerous mediation CD's and finally I found one that works for me. I can't explain how or why but when something works I go with it!
This is not the only CD I have by Tina Sacchi, this lady knows what she is doing. I recommend this CD!

To me guided imagery is a walk through the paths in my mind only I know. That is not this. I need the pictures smells and touches to get into the state of deep relaxation. This doesn't have it.

Tina's loving presence is evident in this suite of meditations. The CD is made so that you can listen to one or more tracks without interruption. A great purchase!

don't believe the hype

After reading the other reviews, I really expected this cd to be great. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The background sounds are okay; I think they could have been soothing if they weren't coupled with Tina Sacchi's grating voice. After I listened to the first track, I actually felt less relaxed than when I started. For anybody who is looking for meditation/relaxation cds that work (at least they have worked for me), I would recommend Belleruth Naparstek's guided imagery cds.
