 | A Brilliant Monster, Live! rating: 5
Dylan Moran, star and co-creator of the BBC series Black Books, spares no one - children, gays, skin heads, politicians, the media, couples, Americans, the French, Jesus, and Donald Rumsfeld, to name just a few - in this 2004 live performance recorded in Dublin, Ireland. His insights are hysterical, his performance is spot on. Dylan never misses a beat. He's simply brilliant, a bit mad, and terribly charming.

An addition to Black Books rating: 5
After Black Books on the BBC, Dylan Moran recorded this live standup show in Dublin. If you're looking for ludicrous British humor, or more Dylan Moran (because there is not enough of his material for sale in America), get this disc. The trail of thought is a bit skewed but is somewhat simple to follow.
I found this disc elsewhere (blahdvd.com in the UK) and was able to import it with shipping included for less than these buyers though.

Priceless, and overpriced rating: 5
Five stars for the show; Dylan is one of the funniest guys on the planet. I've had a region 2 DVD of "Monster" for awhile now and watched it many times, always ending up in pain from laughing so hard. Negative five stars for the price-gouging by the sellers offering this. It can be had, new, from Amazon UK for under twenty bucks.
