Great for young children
rating: 5

I thought this was going to be too advanced for my 2 year old. The music is catchy for children and so they really get into it. My daughter started listening to this tape and now is interjects Spanish words in her conversations (food, colors, numbers etc). Highly recommend it for all ages.

Better for an older child

Noce cd but the book is not very exciting... black and white, not many pictures. My 4 yr old was showing an interest in Spanish so I bought this for her... this is really for a kid who can read independently.

By far the best
rating: 5

I have the Rock and Learn spanish DVD and was shocked the first time I watched it. It is by far the best tool I've purchased so far. My kids love the music and are always dances and singing with it. We've all learned alot. I enjoy that the spanish portions are spoken with a truly spanish sound so we won't end up sounding like robots when we speak.

Great learning opportunity; the best starter tape around

It is unfortunate that this cassette tape is listed as "Spanish: All ages learn English," when in fact it should be "...All ages learn Spanish." And *all* ages DO learn. My children, ages 4, 6, and 8, were all able to hold an easy (1st grade level) conversation in Spanish after just about a 1 1/2 weeks of listening to this tape on the way to swimming lessons and back. I'm taking Spanish in college now, and still use this tape as a refresher. It is very good.
