I don't usually buy products like 'this' - but I've been so impressed with the effectiveness of other Kelly Howell cds I've purchased - I thought I'd give it a try. I've used it now for close to a year.
First I was happy this was ALL music - guided imagery annoys me. So if you're looking for a step by step - this cd is not for you.
I must say the longer I listened to this cd the better 'things' got. At 50 something, I never experienced "multiple" anything with a partner - let's just say my significant other and I are very happy!
The more I listen to this during my 'downtime' such as relaxing or sleeping the better it works.
It's great when used alone also. This is 'helpful' when engaged in a long distance relationship - such as I am.
Soooo - I just - relax ... focus on and flow with the music ... and Enjoy ...

This is a great CD and the previous reviewer obviously did not even read the review before purchasing. This CD is in a genre that fits in with the works Margot Anand, Steve Halpern, the Monroe Institute and others. I recommend it.

Not what I expected

I thought that this CD was going to be a guided meditation/hypnosis CD, but it's just music. The music is kind of nice an new age-y, but it wasn't what I was looking for.
