Outcome of meditation is very positive for the body and mind! I do put on the Full Armor of God Ephs 6 since this is focusing on gaining energy from the earth and the environment around one. For not being Christian it is the best meditation training I have come across.

I listen to this CD frequently to continually develop my self-awareness abilities and not take my understanding of myself for granted. These are not the same as all the meditations out there! I highly recommend as a must have for anyone wanting to improve their quality of life!

Suzanne has a wonderful spirit which is evident throughout the tape series. Her soothing voice and meaningful exercises make for powerful and moving experiences. I apply the various techniques on a daily basis, finding comfort, peace and deeper inner growth with each subsequent use. Suzanne has a gift, I'm so greatful to be experiencing!
