This weather-resistant soft case is like a scuba suit for your GPS. Although it is not waterproof if submerged, it will keep the elements off the unit while the flexible "window" allows for complete access to all the functions, and it seems to reduce glare off the screen in sunlight! Visibility at night remains excellent. The nylon lined, neoprene case fits just "like a glove", but it also stretches to allow the data/power cord to be plugged in. The batteries can be removed and replaced without removing my Garmin 12xl from the Body Glove. Accessories include a nice, removable strap and an attached, rugged belt clip on the back. With the Body Glove on my GPS, it will still fit into the mounting brackets in my car and on my four-wheeler. From mid-summer to the dead of winter and through New England's snow, sleet, freezing rain, fog and thunderstroms, the Body Glove has been inexpensive, but very good scratch & dent protection. It is cheap insurance for anyone who values and enjoys their GPS. If the bright yellow badge becomes too much of an "eye-test" simply color it in with a Sharpie or linen marker in the color of your choice!
