At the heart of this set is a pastry board with dotted circles that help you roll out dough to uniform sizes. To chop vegetables simply flip the board to the other side. Either way, cleats hook over your countertop's edge to keep the board in place. Our experts prefer a French-style rolling pin, and we'll show you how to turn one.
