I paid $30 for these tweezers. They worked great for about 2 months and then became very dull and wouldn't grasp the hairs. I went to the Anastasia counter at Nordstrom, where I bought them and was told, in a very dismissive manner, that they didn't sharpen them and there was no address to send them away for sharpening. No customer service with this company. Guess I'll stay with Tweezerman who does sharpen them when they dull. Don't waste your $$, go with Tweezerman.
