 | Tejano Pop Crap? Unoriginal? I think not!!

okay first off its not "Tejano Pop Crap" as one reviewer described it. The artists were taking a different approach to tropical and latin music, trying to represent more of a different Caribbean sound. Also its FAR from unoriginal. Its one of the most original things I've heard in a very long time, and I must say it is a breath of fresh air. If they were to do reggaeton they would be following exactly what everyone else is doing. (I mean come on, even Shakira did a reggaeton style song with Alejandro Sanz).
It is new, and may take some time for some to get used to but I commend them for doing something different and out of the ordinary. The ballads are very light and beautiful and there are good quality songs on the CD if you give it a chance.
For those of you willing to try something different and out of the ordinary, I definitely recommend this CD.

well, when i got opalo cd i didn't know if i will or will not like it.. but of 12 songs i like 10.. If you really pay attention to the songs you will see that its about latin cultures and that they do have meaning.... I think they have a lot of future in this business and like others artist at the beginning they are not perfect but i know they have everything to go up and survive in this career,... great job guysssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep it up :)

why are artist trying to be like other artist>? it does not make any sense what so ever.... especially in this kind of music.... it seems that they are trying to be something they are not... there is not originality in any genre of music...
they do sound good so that is why i gave them 2 stars... they would sound better if they did reggaeton than this tejano pop crap....
please it anyone reads this.... be original... that is the reason why music is going downhill...
