These socks are well made and are nice and tight to stay up. I just wish they weren't packaged with those metal staples that I had to very, very carefully remove in order to keep from damaging the socks. I was able to get them off without hurting the socks; I did, however, manage to prick my thumb in the process.
Bottom Line: the socks are great and I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Strings already.

The socks were a nice colored nylon, but my daughter has only worn them twice and there are already strings coming out of the top of them.
