The swiss diamond cookware set has ergonmically correct handles that make it easy to use. Cleaning is a snap but I do put the lids in the top of the dishwasher, seeming with no ill effect. Remember to season the pans as it says in the instruction to ensure that they are keep their non-stick quality. And the instruction to use no more than medium high heat is important since electric stove tops can reach over 800 degrees.
My favorite of the set is the saute pan. What a great improvement from trying to do large stir-frys in a big skillet. The higher sides make this a joy to use.
I like this set so well that I even gave my daughter a set for Christmas!

Great cookware

We have been using this product for a couple months now and will never go back to other brands of cookware. Without a doubt it cooks more evenly, it cleans easiest, and stands up to our hardest use... I won't get rid of my copper pans, but for everyday use, this is my choice.

I love my Swiss Diamond Cookware! I was so tired of destroying my nonstick cookware in an attempt to brown items (I had no idea that this is impossible...) Now I can brown food and have everything slide right out of the pan and clean up easily. This is the best cookware I have ever used and I plan to buy more pieces in the near future.
