The product picture indicates that it comes with 12 baseboard clips, it only came with 2 clips. The wire stripper tool is made of plastic and was easy to use on the outer casing but the instructions didn't explain that you use a different part of the tool to strip the individual wires. Using it on the individual wires took some time and several tries to get it right without cutting through the wire. Luckily I foresaw this and cut the length of wire a few more inches than I needed. It was time consuming to separate the staples. The tool is also used to hold the staples in place but it's not easy to do in tight places. The staple holder end of the tool broke off but I was still able to use the small piece that broke off to hold the staples in place and only I hit my thumb once. It took me 2 hours to install and it works great.
