Super-bright LED bulbs provide up to eight hours of light when batteries are fully charged (the hours of light per charge depends on your geographical location, weather conditions and seasonal lighting availability). In addition, a waterproof and impact-resistant translucent polycarbonate light housing shines with an incredible prismatic light effect. Although the Ni-Cd rechargeable battery included with every unit is designed to provide years of reliable use, most rechargeable batteries do begin to deplete after several years. When this happens, the battery can be easily replaced. Replacement batteries are not included.
