I bought this universal fey bumper for my 94 toyota short box small truck, HI LUX. It came with easy to understand instrucitons. You have to get the universal adapter kit to put it on the toyota. It worked great. The only hard part was taking off the old bumper which had 4 bolts stuck. I used a long breaker bar and finally got them off. About 2 hours work including installing the new lights but I had help. You need a second person to hold the bolts when removing the old bumper and to help hold the new bumper in place when adjusting tilt. You must rewire teh license plate lights cause the bumper sticks out too far. You have to use the new lights. Not hard to do but you need a lot of electrical tape to wrape up the wiring so it does not get water in it.
