| User Reviews | | Overall good but not perfect rating: 4
The only thing that I can add to the hundreds of reviews already posted here is my own experiences (we ordered 2 of these).
Positives:
- No earbud going into the ear - this is a BIG positive because I can't stand those and, apparently they are not good for you.
- Quick charging.
- Easy to pair - in my case with a Razr and a Blackberry.
- Easy to turn on/off, by simply folding/unfolding the microphone boom.
- Pretty good instructions.
Negatives:
- My wife complains that the sound quality is not always perfect.
- Being as small as it is, perhaps some carrying pouch should have been included.
- The charging interface is not a mini-USB but some weird, proprietary plug.
- If there is a way to attach this to the left ear, I am not aware of it.
At this time, my wife decided to keep hers but she will give the second one to her girlfriend as a birthday present :)

I was really surprised... rating: 5
I was stunned. After 2 plantronics (a 320 and a 330) I was tired of earhooks that came loose and dropped calls. I thought it was my provider when my calls got dropped consistently in the same areas on my drive to/from work. But this headset is phenomenal! maybe one dropped call in a week... And the off/on operation is great! Open/close the boom to turn off/on! I love this headset... and I don't say that often

It would have to be better to be awful rating: 1
Horrible. I own ten different bluetooth headsets, and this one is so bad that it now has a permanent home in the junk drawer. It can't connect in a timely manner; the sound transmission is tin can and string quality; and it hangs up on callers at a random time that it determines. The connection issue is just inexcusable. It takes a very long time to connect to my phone-upwards of 20 seconds-and by then, the caller has abandonded the call. I have paired it multiple times to no avail. It is useless as a headset. The cheaper H500 has been great however, so more money doesn't necessarily mean a better headset from Motorola. Avoid this one.

great for the money rating: 4
I purchased this item as I believe that having to speak on a cell phone while driving is an extremely dangerous situation.
However I did not want to spend a great deal of money, because I feel that cell phones are a nusiance.
This is a remarkable piece of equipment for the money that I paid. My wife purchased a different brand for twice the price and does not have some of the features that this one does.
Well worth the money.

stupid charger rating: 3
The headset works fine, is clear, etc. but the charger is not compatable with anything else. My old Motorola H700 had the same "USB" type charger as my Blackberry (and many other things around the office) so I was able to charge it up where ever. now I have to use the specific one that came with the headset. Very wasteful and frustrating. Everything should use the same charger, in my opinion, but that would be too efficient, I guess.
