This sinus rinse was recommended by my allergist. I bicycle a lot in the San Francisco area and the air quality is often challenging because of particle pollution (due to the wind). Using this rinse each morning helps to clear the sinus passages no matter what I am doing, and using it after a bike ride is a great way to clear out allergens ingested during excercise. It is also very helpful when suffering from a head cold with sinus congestion, although what comes out then won't be pretty.

I feel terrible when my sinuses act up, and this product is the only one I have benefitted from this much. Anyone suffering from puffy eyes and cheeks resulting from sinus pressure will likely benefit from this product.

I've been teaching for over 10 years so I come into contact with a TON of germs. I used to get sick a lot, but after starting a vitamin regimen (Usana) and NeilMed Sinus rinse, I haven't been sick at all! My husband now uses it too. He used to take Claritin-D daily as well as other prescription allergy medications, and now with daily Sinus Rinse, he's completely off other medications and congestion-free! Although I know it sounds crazy, this product has definitely improved our lives!

Works great!! I have my sense of smell back. I had no sense of smell for years because allergies. I use it morning and night on doctors' orders. Couldn't be happier with this product.
