I first heard about this product when one of my coworkers mentioned seeing the Oprah episode with Dr. Oz where it was demonstrated. I thought, no way, that's disguisting. But my allergies can get bad enough that I decided that it couldn't hurt to try.
I have a lot of problems at night where I will wake up in the middle of the night with a terrible stuffed up nose. I've been on pills, nose sprays, etc, and even those weren't perfect. When I first tried this product, it was a very unusual feeling; but after a few times and getting the technique down, it started to feel good.
Not only that, but as long as I use it right before I go to bed, I have NO problems at all with waking up stuffy. I can breathe the whole night through. I've tested it. There have been times I haven't used it before bedtime, and I do wake up stuffy. So it definitely works great! I don't even have to use medication anymore except during ragweed season (my main allergic sensitivity) or if I'm sick then the extra medication helps better.
This product is worth it, you just have to give it a good chance.

This is an amazing product, and I would recommend it to anyone I know. In fact, I already have. Since starting using it, I have barely had to use my normal decongestant. I bought this for myself, and my mother, and we both love it. However, since we both had the same problem, I feel obliged to warn others....Do not use this product without the saline solution. It burns!!!! Using it is directed feels good, soothing, but, DO NOT use it without the solution.

I bought this for my boyfriend because he always seemed to have a stuffy nose. I have no idea why, but he couldn't seem to get it to work. This might be a personal problem (Haha), but he was doing it right and everything! His nose might have been a little TOO stuffy.
I don't get pressure in my sinuses and I only have seasonal stuffiness, but I wanted to try this because it looked interesting! It worked for me, but this is how it felt: If you've ever accidentally sucked water up your nose when you're underwater and you get that instant sinus headache in between your eyes, you've used a "neti pot."
Definitely worth a try though: I've heard amazing things from a lot of people who now use it RELIGIOUSLY. (as long as you can get over that terrible drowning feeling!)

What I wanted was a high grade neti pot but what I got was this plastic low grade thing

but what I got was this piece of low grade plastic.What a disappointment!
