I ordered this series for a surprise for my husband and I chose to have it delivered next day. It came the next day and was so pleased with the quality of the product and the fact that it did in deed make it to me by the day I wanted it. That is awesome!! I found Stargate in reruns and did not understand all the "history" so I decided to buy the series and view it in sequence so I would know what was going on. I got the set intact and beautifully packaged. I looked through all the discs to check for scratches. There were none. My husband and I have now watched the first three dvds and everything is great. We watch 3 or 4 episodes a week...they are great fun!

I only occasionally watched this show when it was in production, and tried to catch reruns when I could. When I saw this product as a complete series I was really excited and even more when it arrived very quickly after ordering. I have yet to make a serious dent in watching the episodes, but what I've seen thus far has been great! A pleasure to work with, and there were no issues whatsoever, highly recommended!

This collection was absolutely great! It had all ten seasons and four bonus discs. If you like Stargate: SG-1 and end up wanting to buy it; this collection is the best.

What am I Missing?

I purchased this series for a big discount based on the reviews of the show. I am now the proud owner of... how many seasons? I don't even know ...I can hardly make it passed the first disk. The acting is so bad, the writing rivals Sid and Marty Kroft (no offense to the Krofts intended).
Does it improve? Or is this a "good TV show" the way that The Dukes of Hazzard is a "good TV show". I am finding it barely palatable so far.
Ouch.
