Cute - BUT - runs small

I am a big Clark's fan so I was really looking forward to getting these shoes. When they arrived, I thought the styling was even better than pictured and I loved the metallic finish. Then I tried them on. OUCH - too tight. I always wear a size 7 in Clark's - I admit sometimes a 7 wide, but always a size 7. These were more like a size 6 - too short & too tight. I'd suggest ordering at least 1/2 size over your regular size. I liked these enough to try again, but hey, I have a Clark's store 2 miles from home so I guess I'll return these to Amazon, get in my car & drive to the store so I can try on some of their newer styles.

The champange color is not as light as it appears on my screen (a plus for me). I ordered a half size up so keep that in mind...The leather on the shoe exterior is thin to get the crinkled look it has. It seems to pull in an odd way when I stand. If I had tried these on in person I think I would have passed even at this price. You can see in the picture how the toe curls up just a tiny bit when the shoe is resting so when you stand it flattens out and the leather pulls..But... that said...they are comfortable and I will keep them. Hopefully the leather will stretch out and my complaint will be moot! The sizing seems true. ....Update I decided to return these just could deal with the wrinkles in the leather.

great little shoe

What a great price -- and for a Clark's. Fit perfectly and SO comfy. Wish I could afford these in another color but others are $60 instead of the $22 I paid for the metallic ones. Other reviews questioned the "style" of the black sole and the look of it when wearing. I personally liked it -- kind of edgy -- and it sure helped keep the wet ground from ruining this new favorite pair of shoes on a rainy day!

First of all the photo does not do these shoes any justice. They are so pretty and simple. They were not my first choice to purchase but I got them on sale at a steal of a price. And I'm glad I did. They are super comfortable and the slightly pointy front doesn't hurt my toes. I could wear these all day. Just keep in mind that they are simple shoes and I wouldn't pay original price for them when I could get a more unique pair of Indigos for the same price.
