Once you get used to the idea of using a neti pot, this shape is definitely the way to go. Easy to handle and manuever. I'd definitely recommend.

This rhino horn neti pot from HealthE Goods has two things going for it:
1. The shape -- It's less apt to slop water out of the top (or the spout) than the other neti pots I've tried.
2. The size -- It will hold a full cup (8 oz.) of water (unlike the traditional ceramic neti pot that only holds about 2/3 of a cup). The extra capacity is great for me because I have a relative who gave me over 100 packets of neti salt that were meant to be used with a full cup of water -- and when I used a single packet in the traditional 2/3 cup neti pot, the concentration was too strong and it stung my nose so badly that my hair stood on end. With the rhino horn I can use one packet of neti salt per pot and the concentration will be correct.
The only suggestion I'd make to improve the pot would be to make it out of a clearer plastic, so you could see how much water you're adding. I measured a cup of water into it and used a Sharpie pen to draw a line where the water came to, but the blue plastic is so opaque that I need to shine a flashlight into it to see where the water comes to. Not everyone needs to measure so precisely, but I am cursed with a sensitive nose and have to get the concentration of salt to water just right.
I almost forgot to mention the heavy duty plastic spoon that came in the box with this pot. It's about 5 1/4 inches long. One end can be used as a stirrer and is shaped enough like a hook that I can hang it up over the sink. The spoon itself holds about 1/2 of a teaspoon.

this is the 3rd neti pot for me
1- was ceramic and I broke it
2- was the squeeze bottle and it is not satisfactory
this one is perfect to hold, fits well and does the job- what else is there?

This neti pot is the right solution for most people. It's ideal for travel, since you can jam it into your suitcase and not worry about it breaking. It's lighter than the stainless steel version, the other non-breakable option. It doesn't get hot and cold, like the steel one does, and seems to have fewer deposits. We use ours in the shower, and not having to worry about dropping it and breaking it is nice too. It also has the most force of the 4 different ones I've purchased.
Of course, ceramic ones are the most traditional and there's something nice about that, but this is not a romantic sport to begin with... get the one that works the best.
