These jeans have a comfortable fit and are actually quite "slimming". They've got just enough stretch to be comfy, but not so much that they look baggy after you've worn them for half a day. I ordered the "basic dark handsanded" in Long. The color is accurate to the photo. For my 5'7" height, the length is good too, even after washing. It covers my shoe in front and almost comes to the ground in the back when wearing a 1-inch heel. (I once ordered these in Medium length, and they were a little too short.) They're nice pants -- I'm ordering another pair today. :-)

I Love These Jeans!

I love these jeans--the fit in the belly and elsewhere is perfect for my body type. They are the most comfortable pair of jeans I've owned in a long time--I actually went out and bought two more pairs. However, I'm not convinced that they really do instantly slim you as much as they say... I think they are cut large to make you THINK they are instantly slimming you while actually providing only a bit more control. The first pair I bought was in my usual size but they are a little loose and I have to keep pulling them up. So the next two pairs I bought are the next size down and they fit well in the belly, waist, and thigh--I can NEVER find jeans that fit all of those places at once!
The legs are WAY too long, though. I normally wear a 32" inseam and can get away with a 34" in 2" heels. But I had to hem the the first pair of jeans significantly (they were 32" and hung down 4+ inches below the bottom of my foot). The next two pairs I bought say they have a 30" inseam but they drag on the floor when I wear sneakers and I have to cuff them... I look like a dork but I'm still comfy... they look nice with heels, though.
A friend of mine who is 5'11" says that the 32" inseam is too long on her, too.
I recommend that anyone buying these jeans try them on first, they are made for a specific body type (according to a Lee spokesperson) and you definitely want to check out the inseam length.

Very inconsistent sizing

I had bought two other pairs of these jeans and they fit just fine. These are too long and the waist is big enough to need a belt to keep them up. It sure would be nice if manufacturers would be consistent.

Good News and Bad News

Let me start off by saying that I am 45 years old. These jeans are great for my age woman. They are not too low like some of the jeans out there and there won't be any "crack" showing !! They are also not too high as they come up to about just to under your belly button.
They are PERFECT (that is the good news)...BUT (and here comes the bad news) that they stretch out really badly as soon as you put them on. About 20 minutes later, they are too big. I would buy a size down from what you normally wear. So what if you have to squeeze into them, they will fit perfectly in 20 min when they stretch out.

Lee instantly slims you jeans

Jeans fit well but are thin, after about 5 washings a belt loop ripped and a hole is wearing through on the rear as well.
