convenient and comfortable method of irrigating your nasal passages...a must buy for those people with nasal drainage problems who don't like taking medicine and/or nasal drops and sprays which are offer little help

It will do for the nasal care category what Sonicare did for the oral health category. Neti pots, squeeze bottles, even Water Pik type devices are all OK but they are the eqivalent of manual toothbrushes while the SinuPulse is a premier state-of-the-art Sonicare like product only for your nose.
No other irrigator has the versatility of offering both a deep cleansing pulsating rinse and a gentle pulsating mist spray operation. The sleek and easy to use design makes it effortless and takes only minutes to use. I especially like that it is not messy and does not leak or clog like other units.
